Ceiling painting is done… after 4 hours of staring at the ceiling. There are lots of little corners to get into. I love the finished product. The picture isn’t great. It’s hard to photograph something that is black!

My HVLP paint sprayer.

This is what I used the HVLP sprayer for… I’m painting the ceiling with flat black paint… the industrial look. You can see the amazing difference that the painting makes.

Fiberglass insulation is in and electrical is completed.

Filling in all the cracks.

I sprayed some expanding foam around the electrical boxes too. That should help seal things up.

Electrical is installed and the fiberglass insulation is starting.

Framing continues…

I sealed all the gaps around the joists with expanding foam.

Start of framing. I left a 1″ gap behind the framing to allow air circulation and prevent moisture buildup.

1/2″ Foam Board Insulation is getting glued to the walls.

Moisture removal and wall cleaning.

Cleaning up… the start of every project.
